At present, Naisigoo only ships within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We are expanding our global presence, so please stay tuned. Additionally, we offer free shipping within the contiguous United States.
Please note that local taxes and import duties may apply in certain countries and are not included in the displayed prices. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. You can only change your shipping address before your order is shipped. Please contact us at support@naisigoo.com with the correct shipping address, and our representatives will assist you in updating it.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or options. Any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returned products must be in resalable condition with their original packaging.
