Orders
1. We will send you a tracking number to your email once the package has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package.
2. Enter the "Track My Oder" page and enter your order number or tracking number to get your package information.

TIPS: Since there will be a 1-2 day update delay for shipping information, generally the package information will be displayed on the third day after we send the email. Please wait patiently.
We can cancel or change the information for you while the package is not yet dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible: Support@naisigoo.com and inform us of the information that needs to be modified or the reason for cancellation, and we will handle it for you in a timely manner.
Once a package is in dispatched status, we unfortunately are unable to stop shipping. Contact us to return the package after you receive it.
You can easily locate your order number in the following places:
1. Confirmation email: Your order number will be included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. Please refer to this email for quick access to your order number.
2. Order-related emails: Each email related to your order, such as shipping updates or delivery notifications, will also include your order number. Please check these emails for easy reference.
3. Order page in your account: If you created an account during the checkout process, you can log in and visit the order page. Your order number will be displayed there for your convenience. Please note that the order number is typically an 8-digit number.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times may vary, and we collaborate closely with our carriers to expedite your order. Please allow 0-2 business days for processing at our warehouse before shipping. Orders shipped via ground shipping generally arrive within 3-5 business days.
At present, Naisigoo only ships within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We are expanding our global presence, so please stay tuned. Additionally, we offer free shipping within the contiguous United States.
Please note that local taxes and import duties may apply in certain countries and are not included in the displayed prices. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. While our products are sold worldwide, we cannot guarantee compliance with the import regulations of every country. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting with your country's customs office before placing an order.
You can only change your shipping address before your order is shipped. Please contact us at support@naisigoo.com with the correct shipping address, and our representatives will assist you in updating it.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or options. Any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Your package should typically arrive within a few days. In the meantime, we recommend checking with your neighbors and local post office for more information.
If you haven't received your order after a couple of days, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of the last tracking update. Provide your order number and tracking information, and we will investigate the issue for you.
Return
Naisigoo offers a 90+90 day no-questions-asked return policy.
Returned products must be in resalable condition with their original packaging.
Please contact support@naisigoo.com to initiate your return process. Any return without prior approval from Naisigoo or a provided return label from Naisigoo will be rejected.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at support@naisigoo.com, and we will promptly send you a replacement. If you do not inform us of any defects or damages, we will assume the product was in good condition upon receipt. Returns of damaged items without prior notification will not be processed.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product by our team, our accounting department will initiate your refund within 5-10 business days. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your order, detailing the refunded amount. The refund will be processed based on your original payment method.
- Contact Us: Reach out to us and provide your name, order number, the item for exchange or return, photos of the return item, and reasons for your return. We will then email you a printable shipping label along with detailed instructions. This label includes our return address and essential information about your order.
- Print the Return Label: Carefully pack your return item(s) in the original box and affix the provided return label securely to the outside of the package.
- Drop Off at a Post Office: Take your package to the nearest post office and send it back to us via standard mail. If you require expedited handling of your return parcels, please inform us and provide the tracking number for the returned parcels. Note: Due to the high value of our products, please ensure you drop off your package at the post office and refrain from using post boxes, as Naisigoo cannot be held responsible for packages lost in post boxes.
- Confirmation of Receipt: We will notify you once we receive your returned package and aim to process your return within 1-3 business days.
- Refund Processing: Once we have confirmed that your package meets our return standards, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, as the processing time may vary depending on your bank.
We will offer you a price adjustment based on the following conditions:
- Price adjustments are only applicable within 7 days of your purchase.
- If a price adjustment is possible, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Clearance and Final Sale merchandise are not eligible for price match adjustments.
Warranty
Naisigoo stands behind the quality of its products. Each Naisigoo device undergoes rigorous testing for quality and performance. Our limited, 1-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your device. This warranty begins on the date of purchase and expires one year later.
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; fire, water, or other environmental factors; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions; loss of the device; normal wear and tear; alteration; or overuse in professional or commercial settings.
Proof of purchase includes any document stating the date of purchase, the purchased product, and the seller's information.

We advise that you prepare the treatment area by shaving it prior to using the remvoal. Ensuring the hair is trimmed to the appropriate length will optimize the effectiveness of IPL by enabling it to accurately target the hair follicles.
We suggest utilizing the IPL hair removal system three times per week during the initial month to attain optimal results. Subsequently, you may reduce the frequency to once every two weeks or once monthly for touch-ups as necessary.
Moreover, we advise adjusting your regimen according to your hair growth patterns. Should you observe denser hair or persistent areas, consider elevating the gear level and frequency of usage. Nevertheless, it is imperative to closely monitor your skin's response and adapt as needed to prevent any discomfort or adverse reactions.
While IPL hair removal technology is generally well-tolerated by most users, it's essential to be aware that individuals may experience mild side effects, such as temporary redness, swelling, or slight discomfort in the treated area. These effects typically resolve within a short period.
Additionally, individuals with certain skin conditions or sensitivities should consult with a healthcare professional before using IPL devices to ensure suitability and minimize potential risks.

Choose a small area on the arm. Conduct the skin test slowly from low to high energy levels according to skin tolerance (l~2 shots). if there are any signs of swelling, burn marks, change in hair follicles, pain, or other unsuitable symptoms, please do not use this device until a thorough consultation from a physician. If there is no skin abnormality after 24 hours, but you feel intense hotness during the treatment, then the lower level is the most proper energy for your skin.
The Shiner incorporates Sapphire 60℉ Ice-Cooling Function to mitigate the sensation of heat generated by IPL laser treatment. In the event of persistent discomfort attributed to a burning sensation during usage, we recommend adjusting the energy level downwards for optimal comfort and efficacy.
You may utilize your handset on various areas of the body, including the Brazilian (Bikini area) and face. However, it is important to avoid application around the eyes and restrict usage to areas below the cheekbones.
Please note that our IPL device is not intended for use on the inner parts of the bikini area, including the labia minora, vagina, scrotum, or anus.
To ensure comfort and minimize discomfort, we recommend treating the bikini area, inner thighs, and buttocks at the lowest intensity level, as the skin in these regions may be more sensitive.
The recommended age range for IPL Hair Removal is typically 15 and above, as body hair tends to become mature around this age. However, it's important to note that some individuals may experience mature hair follicles at a younger age. Therefore, the decision to use IPL should be based on individual circumstances.
For users under the age of 18, we advise obtaining approval from their parents or consulting with a specialist such as a cosmetician or dermatologist before using our products.

We assure you that all UV lights have been meticulously filtered from the IPL's light spectrum, encompassing all wavelengths below 1200 nanometers. This product, the Naisigoo IPL hair removal device, is not recommended for individuals who have:
- Known skin disorders
- Skin diseases like allergic dermatitis, eczema, etc.
- Photosensitive epilepsy or photosensitivity
- Are menstruating, pregnant, or lactating

- Tattooed areas.
It's not advisable to use IPL hair removal over scars or tattoos, as it may lead to discomfort and heat build-up in these areas. However, it is generally safe to use IPL to treat areas surrounding tattoos.
While there is no conclusive evidence indicating that IPL negatively affects pregnancy or breastfeeding, we advise against using IPL during these periods to mitigate any potential risks.
